Tariff

All prices are for a one week stay that runs Sat-Sat.
If you wish to stay for longer than one week please contact us for a price.
If you have been given any discount code please quote this when you contact us.

Short breaks are also available, please contact us with your required dates and we will get back to you as soon as possible with the availability and price.

• Once we have confirmed your chosen dates are available we will hold them for a maximum of 10 days to allow your deposit to reach us.
• £100 non returnable deposit required for a one week stay.
• £150 non returnable deposit required for a two week stay.
• Payment in full is required one month prior to your stay.
• If booking less than one month prior to your stay payment is required in full at time of booking.
• All linen, towels and fuel costs are inclusive.
• Strictly no smoking within the accommodation.
• Pets only by prior arrangement.
• Arrival after 2pm.
• Departure by 11am.
